The West Pasco Office of Right at Home is a locally owned and operated franchise office of Right at Home Inc., a senior home care and staffing company providing care since 1995. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for those we serve. We do that by providing high quality in-home caregivers to serve you.

Paul Lallanilla, Right at Home

Right at Home of West Pasco is a locally owned office of Right at Home Inc, a senior care and staffing organization providing services since 1995. The office is owned and operated by Paul Lallanilla.

Paul has over 17 years experience in the medical equipment field and a Masters degree in Healthcare Organization and Administration. While working in the medical equipment field, Paul visited hundreds of patients in their homes to set up and train those patients and their families on the use of a variety of medical equipment including oxygen cylinders/concentrators, CPAPs, BiPAPS, wheelchairs, and wound care devices. Paul also has personal experience in senior care of family members. As owner of the local office, Paul is fully engaged in all elderly care services including making initial visits and hi ring/training caregivers.

Right at Home of West Pasco provides companion and in home care, including the following:

• Medication reminders
• Respite care
• Light housekeeping
• Meal preparation
• Laundry
• Alzheimer/Dementia care
• Transportation for errands, doctor visits, shopping, etc.
• Stand by assistance with bathing, walking, dressing, etc.
• Conversation and other interaction     

Another aspect of our services is ongoing communication between our staff and the client, their families, as well as medical professionals if requested. Also, the office provides a free home safety assessment and consultation to all potential clients and their families.

Services are provided without a hourly minimum.

Our caregivers are carefully screened, trained, insured, bonded, and supervised to ensure the highest quality of care for our clients. We conduct scheduled and unscheduled supervisory visits, and have quality assurance surveys completed with the client, the family and/or other responsible party participating to ensure our high standards are meet and improved upon.
